Modern Holistic Academy courses are educational. Unless a specific program explicitly states otherwise with supporting accreditation information, completion does not confer licensure, medical authority, psychotherapy credentials, dietetic registration or any other regulated professional status.

Learners must follow the laws, title restrictions and professional rules applicable where they live and work. Medical symptoms, mental-health crises, eating disorders, medication questions and other regulated matters should be referred to appropriately licensed professionals.
